1. Sponsor

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Ford Motor Company, or any other social-media platform, vehicle manufacturer, or third party.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Florida and New York, who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence when they enter.
Employees, officers, owners, contractors, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, along with members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter or win.
For these rules, “immediate family” includes a spouse, parent, legal guardian, child, sibling, grandparent, and the spouse of any such person.
The Giveaway is void in Florida, New York, outside the United States and District of Columbia, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 (“Start Date”).
The Giveaway ends at the exact date and time when the Sponsor completes the sale of the 100,000th qualifying Woodline Tool Organizers unit (“End Date”).
The Sponsor’s website, order-processing system, and business records will serve as the official timekeeping and sales records for determining when the 100,000th qualifying unit has been sold.
The Sponsor will stop accepting purchase entries and free alternate-method entries after the Giveaway has officially ended. Eligible entries properly received before the End Date will remain eligible for the random drawing.
The Sponsor will publicly announce through its official website or social-media pages when the 100,000-unit sales requirement has been reached and the Giveaway has ended.
4. Minimum-Sales Condition
The Grand Prize is conditional upon the Sponsor completing the sale of at least 100,000 qualifying Woodline Tool Organizers units after the Giveaway begins.
The Grand Prize drawing will not be conducted, and the Grand Prize will not be awarded, until the 100,000th qualifying unit has been sold.
There is no guaranteed date by which the 100,000th qualifying unit will be sold. The Giveaway will remain open until that sales requirement is satisfied, unless the Giveaway must be modified, suspended, or terminated to comply with applicable law.
Returned, canceled, refunded, fraudulent, disputed, or charged-back orders will not count toward the 100,000-unit sales requirement. If an order is invalidated after initially being counted, the Sponsor may adjust the official number of qualifying units sold.
All Giveaway advertising must clearly state:
“Giveaway begins July 29, 2026. The Grand Prize drawing will be held only after 100,000 qualifying Woodline Tool Organizers units have been sold. There is no guaranteed drawing date.”
5. How to Enter
There are two methods of entry.
A. Purchase Method
During the Giveaway Period, an eligible entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry for every $5.00 spent on qualifying merchandise purchased directly from Woodline Tool Organizers through the Sponsor’s official website.
Entries will be calculated using the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes, shipping charges, delivery charges, and other fees.
For example:
A qualifying merchandise subtotal of $5.00 receives one (1) entry.
A qualifying merchandise subtotal of $25.00 receives five (5) entries.
A qualifying merchandise subtotal of $99.99 receives nineteen (19) entries.
Partial $5.00 amounts will not be rounded up.
Purchases made before the Giveaway begins or after it ends will not earn entries.
Returned, refunded, canceled, disputed, fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise invalid purchases will not earn entries. Entries associated with such transactions may be canceled.
B. Free Alternate Method of Entry
To enter without making a purchase, an eligible entrant must legibly hand-print the following information on a plain 3-inch-by-5-inch card:

City, state, and ZIP Code
Telephone number
Email address
Date of birth
The words: “Woodline Ultimate Work Truck Giveaway”
Place the completed card in a separate, stamped, hand-addressed envelope and mail it to:

Each fully completed and eligible mail-in request will receive [NUMBER] entries.
Each request must be mailed separately. No outer envelopes containing multiple entry requests, mechanically reproduced cards, photocopies, computer-generated entries, metered bulk mail, or entries submitted through an automated service will be accepted.
There is no purchase required to use the free method of entry. Entrants are responsible only for ordinary paper, envelope, and postage costs.
Purchase entries and free entries have the same value and the same chance of being selected in the random drawing.
6. Entry Limit and Entry Requirements
There is no maximum number of eligible entries an entrant may receive unless the Sponsor announces an entry limit before the Giveaway begins and includes that limit in these Official Rules.
Entrants may not:
Submit entries using false, incomplete, or misleading information.
Enter through multiple identities, email addresses, or residential addresses.
Use automated entry systems, scripts, bots, entry services, or third parties.
Tamper with the entry process or interfere with the operation of the Giveaway.
Obtain entries from a transaction that is later returned, refunded, canceled, or disputed.
The Sponsor may disqualify an entrant and cancel associated entries when the Sponsor reasonably determines that the entrant has violated these Official Rules.
7. Grand Prize
Subject to satisfaction of the minimum-sales condition, one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
The intended Grand Prize package consists of:
One custom Ford F-250 work truck, with the final model year, trim, mileage, equipment, color, condition, and specifications selected by the Sponsor;
One matching enclosed work trailer, with final size, equipment, color, condition, and specifications selected by the Sponsor; and
$20,000 in cash.
The approximate retail value of the complete Grand Prize is $[ARV].
Any vehicle or trailer shown in advertising, photographs, videos, computer-generated images, renderings, or promotional materials is for illustration only. The actual prize may differ in color, model, trim, options, graphics, equipment, appearance, or condition.
The Sponsor may substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater approximate retail value if the advertised vehicle, trailer, equipment, or another component is unavailable.
The Grand Prize is nontransferable before it is formally awarded. No substitution or cash alternative is available except as expressly determined by the Sponsor or required by law.
8. Winner Selection and Odds
If the minimum-sales condition is satisfied, one potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received through both entry methods.
The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or an independent third-party administrator within approximately [NUMBER] days after the Giveaway ends.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The Sponsor does not guarantee odds of 1 in 100,000. The number of products sold is not necessarily the same as the total number of Giveaway entries because entrants may receive multiple entries per purchase and may enter without making a purchase.
The Sponsor’s decisions concerning entry eligibility, the drawing, and administration of the Giveaway are final, subject to applicable law.
